This Payment Policy explains how clients and website visitors can pay Budnet Technologies for professional digital services, including website design, e-commerce, custom software, mobile apps, and related work. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who you are paying
Online payments started from the Pay Online button on budnetdesign.com are processed for Budnet Technologies through Razorpay.
The authorised payment page is: https://razorpay.me/@budnettechnologies
Before you pay, confirm that the Razorpay page shows Budnet Technologies (or the matching registered business name on that page). Do not use payment links sent from unknown sources.
2. Payment gateway
Card, UPI, net banking, and other methods offered on the Razorpay page are provided by Razorpay. Budnet Technologies does not store your full card or UPI credentials on this website.
Razorpay’s own terms and privacy practices apply to the payment session on their domain.
3. What payments are for
Payments may cover project advances, milestone fees, balance amounts, retainers, or other sums agreed in a written proposal, invoice, or statement of work.
An online payment does not by itself create a new project scope. Scope, timeline, and deliverables remain as defined in the applicable written agreement or proposal.
4. Invoices and GST
Where applicable, Budnet Technologies will issue invoices for agreed fees. Taxes (including GST, if applicable) follow the invoice and Indian tax rules.
If you need a GST invoice with your business details, share the required information with us before or immediately after payment.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Unless a written project agreement states otherwise:
- Fees paid for work already completed, delivered, or approved are not refundable.
- Advance or milestone payments may be applied to completed work, committed third-party costs, and reasonable cancellation charges if a project is cancelled before completion.
- Third-party fees already incurred or billed (for example hosting, domains, licences, or advertising spend) are generally non-refundable through Budnet Technologies.
For the full commercial terms, see section 3 of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, no charge should be completed. If you are charged twice or see an unexpected amount, contact us promptly with the Razorpay payment reference and we will help reconcile with Razorpay.
